Welcome!

In this space you will find the support that your family needs to face the behavioral problems of the little ones at home. We are focused on providing a quality therapeutic service to ensure the best care for your child.

Who we are?

We are a team of professionals specialized in supporting the behavioral development of children with special needs. Keeping in mind that each child is unique, our mission is to design customized treatment programs to address the individual needs of each child we serve. We provide services in the scientific technique of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); evidence-based therapy leading the treatment of conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

How can we help?

Our teams are in charge of applying interventions and teaching skills in order to reduce behavioral problems and develop those abilities that are necessary for our children to be able to integrate into the community and have a functional life. Among other competencies, ABA focuses on improving specific behaviors such as social skills, communication, reading and study skills, as well as adaptive learning skills, such as fine motor skills, hygiene, and grooming and decreasing those that are disruptive or affect learning.

Services

ABA therapy services are provided in a variety of settings such as home, school and community based on the child’s needs. ABA programs are not “one size fits all” but are tailored to individual needs. For that reason, describing what a therapy looks like is complex since a session may vary from one individual to another.

Therapies begin with an initial evaluation to determine the child’s needs and based on the results a treatment program is designed. This process includes not only the goals focused on the reduction of maladaptive behaviors, but also the skills that will be taught, the interventions that will be applied during the sessions, the intensity of the treatment, i.e., the number of hours of intervention considered necessary to achieve the desired results, and which professionals will be part of the team in charge of implementing the treatment program. After this process, sessions begin to be conducted in the space or spaces where the behavioral problems occur. It is essential that families are involved in the sessions. One of the main objectives is to provide families with the necessary tools to ensure the continuity of the treatment plan.

Our Team

Mainly, our service is provided by a staff composed by

  • a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a paraprofessional that assists in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a supervisor,
  • a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA); an undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis that also practice under the direction and close supervision of a supervisor, and
  • a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. These professionals are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services such as designing the treatment plans and supervising the work of the RBTs and BCaBAs.
